its not about them, and these people ended all decent relations with the rest of mankind even into the far future. they went away from mankind on a one way limb. the removal is basically to interrupt transmission of the prejudices via their psychological value as symbols. how far it does prevent is another matter. prejudices are not passively received by people, but are aggressively cultivated in their own minds by the latter. genocidal prejudices appear to be hard evolved biological processes having virtually nothing to do with conscious will or morality.
