Opening the new Colas Railfreight class 37 with DCC sound by Bachmann

I have the Accurascale 37608 and 37610. Those two alone compared to the new 37175 in my opinion are put to shame. Bachmann really have realised now that Accurascale are top competitors

I have mainly bachmann 37s and 47s but 2 Deltics on way somewhere from Accurascale, Bachmann 37s are good no problems £239 for sound from Monks Yorks.

Thanks for the review. So the sound of the Accurascale is better, the detail is slightly better and price is much lower 🤔 No wonder the AS sold out that quickly. I think the deluxe should have active smoke for the amount of money they are asking.

Are you going to ballast the track or not, I've done mine it was a real pain, No matter what some show on youtube it's a pain, You've got enough locos to model Toton!

Had the AS Class 37 - beautiful and a better package -HOWEVER it’s gone back for a REFUND - check Chadwicks review and you’ll know why. Bachmann on order from Rails 😵

I have heard quite a few people having issues with the accurascale 37s including Chadwick to which I have seen a bit of his video with the problems he was having. Such a shame as they are stunning locos. Haven’t had any issues with my two accurascale 37s which is good. Hopefully any issues will be resolved in future batches

@@fyfieldjunction - 100 % - waited almost 2 years and it is a stunning loco, bitter that I had to send it back - I have an AS Class 31 on pre order = fingers crossed its 3rd time lucky. Did note that AS have just added a lifelong warranty - I think this hints at the blow to confidence in the brand felt by many. They should have learned from issues with the Deltic - again stunning - but......

Excellent review, Just one thing I tend to think you don't need anymore locos I lost count.
