As I pulled back, I experienced an ending. The best I could describe it is as a black void, nothing, or emptiness. I was thinking before this meditation of life after death. And I think I experienced what death would feel like. I felt tears of joy because I felt a sense of peace. I remembered that this life is only an experience. I realized that my diseased loved ones are at peace. They accepted that this life was only an experience meant to grow, learn, and accept. Now they are one with the universe. I am also a universe and they are eternally connected with me.

For over 20 years I have experienced prophetic dreams. I didnt quite understand why it was happening, I just knew that I could dream about the next day and see it unfold independent of my own decisions. I have been on a journey to understand and sharpen this ability. I put this video on before bed and part of my dream was me at the pharmacy in walmart. In reality, my pharmacy is at CVS and I dont like going to Walmart unless I have to. Well today's events have led me to Walmart and though I did not need to go to the pharmacy, I found myself in an argument with a loved one about how my meds are making me crazy while in the parking lot. I think it's working. I'll be trying this again tonight.

I saw rainbow colours when we were in space. I’m currently suffering from depression and anxiety so I decided to start meditating. I searched and read this online: “It is known that rainbow colors symbolize new beginnings which can be an unexpected turn for someone who is currently facing a life crisis. Seeing rainbow colors during your meditation practice can be interpreted as a spiritual sign to break from your current life path and create a new beginning for yourself. What an incredible experience! I was in a place that smelled like sweet flowers and fresh cut grass. Waterfalls, every flower, rivers, lakes, trees, birds, animals and felt warm and so calm. Did I just see heaven? I felt tingling on my forehead that would come and go. THANK YOU!!

OMG!!! This was wonderful! The longest I've ever been able to meditate is 16min and that's with a lot of effort! I was looking for something to help my clairs and thrid eye chakra. What I saw was really beautiful and interesting. When I was zooming out of the universe, I went through white like wall. It took me a bit of a moment and after that I saw this huge place without end. Like it was Cosmo city, huge building from invisible material. The sky, ground was Cosmo purple mix of black, orange pink and yellow. I stood in middle of a city street, all souls were in light form but if I zoomed in on them they were taking human shapes. Everyone was smiling and it was so peaceful. I saw some statues, stairs leading up but as I was looking this soul stopped next to me and after I zoomed in on it, it was a male. He smiled and I felt like he wanted to show me around so he took my hands (I felt very warm vibrations when he touched me) and he took me around. he showed me this hole in the middle of the city. It had water inside but water was looking over universe, planets and stars. It was like a tv. You could watch down upon with it. He let me touch the water and I felt coldness. After that he took me to the seashore. It was the same colour as sky or ground. The images were quickly changing. After the sea he took me these stairs up and I could see all the huge city. It was a mix of futuristic style and old French build houses. Behind me, I saw my spiritual team, they were smiling and very surprised to see me (that's what I felt). Next moment I'm walking down this corridor and I see portraits on the walls. Corridors were going into this maze like style and stops after I reach the middle. I see the present picture of myself in this life, I saw numbers and next to my picture was the males who showed me around. He smiled and pointed at the picture and I knew he was my soulmate. I was jumping in and out of connection and I could see him looking a bit worried. Some more random images of city statutes and some basement hall but I was disconnecting even more so the male didn't take me deeper into the hall. Then I told myself I need to come back and I went back into white room and in the middle was a table and sat another soul in white clothing. I waved, they waved and I heard them say "you are not dead?" It was like he was shocked I came. I shook my head and that's it. I was polled back into my chair in earth plane. I'll trust my third eye and say that this was an amazing experience.

This is amazing! This morning while doing this guided meditation, I actually saw me and my husband. In my vision, I was laughing hysterically and he was looking for me ( as in hide and seek). When he found me, I was laughing so hard. This was the first time I’ve been able to actually see in the future. It was marvelous! Thank you so very much for this amazing video. Very strange, but I started to recall a lot of past memories and emotions and my forehead has a ton of pressure on it. I was able to recall people I haven’t seen in years; but in a way, it felt like I knew them, and remembering every old thing, and how the old things were enjoyable. Honestly, it was like a sense of dejavu I’ve never felt before.

I’ve received visions/premonitions on multiple occasions right before sleeping and while dreaming, meditating without a guided video, and have also had some guided meditations work as intended! However, this video did not guide my mind well with the point of view zooming out and thus leaves me struggling to imagine the scenery. The specific variety of animals also contributes to the confusion. When I no longer had to imagine zooming out it was supposed to be of something “personal” but that doesn’t make sense. What else am I supposed to imagine if not galaxies or the entire universe? There’s no room for my thoughts to lead anywhere but space! This entire guide tires me mentally instead of relaxing my body and mind. I’m just going to try imagining a pitch black void and let my mind wander within it since that’s worked before.

Through my experience with this I felt kind of hazy and a little hard to really focus but I soon caved in and let my mind take me where it needed to go and eventually when I came to the universe it all seemed significant and also insignificant. I went further and further back to this white void, then it feathered out to a black void black hole almost. And after the black hole there was a whole city of gods and goddesses from all backgrounds that I felt I belonged and I visited. I walked long stairs to meet a man. Very breath taking and very muscular and things turned sexual once I got to the top. But before the stairs I saw this live like statue that was a Greek man maybe a god and he was huge even bigger than the black hole and the city itself behind the black hole. I think a lot of what I experienced represented who I am and how I should treat myself and how other people around me see me as.

i saw two spirits. one a young woman with long brown hair who said she had been hurt and traumatized, she went to Yale as I saw a Yale Uni sweatshirt. The second was a little boy named William who said his mother drowned him. I was not scared as usual. I did get a very strange sensation prior to seeing these. I also saw images of my ex, being a little boy sucking his thumb, screaming, crying, vulnerable. My head hurts now :(

hristine Wilhelm, a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, is on trial for murder and attempted murder in the bathtub drowning of her 4-year-old son, Luke, and the attempted drowning of her 6-year-old son, Peter, in their Hoosick Falls, N.Y., home last April. I saw the colors Purple and Dark Blue. Then saw light, felt warm sunlight, happiness and peace but on my right side was dark clouds/shadows trying to move in and I also felt my right arm was cold while my left was still feeling warm. I use to give readings to my friends and their friends..The Creator helped me to clean two homes in my apartment..I use to read cards but there was some paranormal activity that occured from a wooden box.. I got it at a New Age supply store for special supplies for the Wican Witchcraft Spiritually community..I took a pic of my reading table at night and there was a tall figure standing behind the table in the photo..The face was distorted with a wicked expression..The next day I got the box and the cards and put it in a plastic bag..I covered with sea salt..And I put sage, cedar, sweet grass and palmetto wood inside..Oh before I smudged it and prayed for the protection of the Good Lord .I recited the Lord's Prayer in my Native tongue .I put 7 large stones in the hefty trash bag and wrapped and closed the top of the bag with leather strings. I then took it to the Elk River that flows and moves with flowing water which is very powerful and healing.propertys .

I ended up in a town (heaven) and my first encounter was an older couple sitting in an old bench, watching the ducks in a pond and holding hands, they waved and greeted me, but encouraged me to keep walking down the path. I ran into another woman on her porch, and I asked her if this is how it (heaven) is, and she chuckled and said that it’s whatever you want it to be. She told me to keep going down the sidewalk. I passed a few unsolved crime victims I’ve watched on KZbin...one in particular...a young man who was murdered...we walked right past each other and he nodded his head to me and told me to keep on going. I passed my dad building a garage and told me he’s been enjoying my visits, but that this one wasn’t for him and to keep on going, I met the Delhi girls, Libby and Abby and they were giggling and having fun out in the sidewalk, but told me to keep going. I met my grandmother, keep going, I met another crime victim..missy beavers...kept going. The message was from my husband’s mother and father....who were killed in the ‘94 Rwandan Genocide. The mother had a message and the father had a message. That was who I was meant to see today. But, it was a nice walk towards the. Now, to go give my husband their messages....

My boyfriend almost got crazy a week after this meditation seeing visions of golds and treasures in a certain area around my area. He is Awake but if he close his eyes he is seeing scenes and stuff. Think of your 3rd eye as the pinneal gland... it’s like the heart of the brain, aka the brain stem. That’s where all your energy came from as a kid. It’s the “I , I, I” , this is best seen where people are in “the zone” , the ones who master this were/ are true inspirational leaders of society, that is “it” , it’s guys like Kobe, Michael Jordan, Brady. It’s that feeling of you don’t care about how other people are feeling about what you’re saying or doing because you are doing it FOR YOURSELF. While doing this I kept seeing my ex for some reason he appeared in the room too. I saw the words I miss u and I saw a road ( it was very dark) we were driving and went into a tunnel. P.S my ex and I are not really on speaking terms but he has tried reaching out to me and starting small talks which I always ignore. I saw a very bright light and it covered me I felt like I was being lifted and something said to me "we'll work great together, your safe." I almost cried. When I was done and opened my eyes I couldn't stand the light I had to cover my face with my blanket. Edit: I got a text from my crush minutes after I was done with this meditation and he's been avoiding me. Weird! I can't make this up if I wanted to!!!!!

Would appreciate some advice. I am an empath but a scared one. People usually have their own unique ways which they encountered Spirit. But for me, I could see negative energies in a form with my own eyes. This scares me. My intuition or visions are accurate for getting guidance. But I don't know how to block out negative energies or even energies of the souls of dead people who are lingering around that haven't crossed over.

It felt like between my eyebrows were moving. It felt like something else was controlling my mouth slowly opening it and slowly closing as the meditation was ending. After the meditation my middle finger was slowly moving up by itself. I moved my middle finger and I don't know my finger felt stiff like I haven't moved it in a long time. I can't explain how it was when I first moved my middle finger. Weird. All I know is I wasn't moving my middle finger. Also I have a little headache. Don't know why.

Because your "intentions" are your will to force and see something, meanwhile meditation is a process of self-discovery. In order to "see" things, your intentions have to be pure and have the intention of finding peace, love, clarity, and wholesomeness. With time you will start experiencing visuals, again, not everybody sees the exact same things. Think of it like dreaming, it is virtually impossible for two people to have the exact same dream. The experience of developing psychic abilities is the same for everyone. There are billions of ways, but they all lead to the same destination.

Idk if anyone will answer this but so here is my situation I’ve experienced a couple things through out my 17 years of life and like I’ve seen certain spirits and have talked with a couple but I want to get more into this type of stuff but at the same time I don’t want to go in blind bc ik if u go in the wrong areas u can get fked up but idk that wrong areas so what can I do to set me up for everything and learn and be more aware of the “supernatural” around me and get to do like readings but know how to stop bad spirits/creatures and how to use my energy and maneuver energy the right way

I left the bubble of our universe and saw the other bubbles of other universes floating around like ours. Something was talking to me and said how everything is left up to chance and I got mad.
