Corgi Corner the Sherman Brothers didn't work on that movie.

None-the-less it is still amazing and has amazing music, even if the Sherman Brothers didn't work on it. And the West-End adaptation in 2011 added some amazing new tunes, for Dorothy, the 3 friends (scarecrow tinman and lion) Glinda, the Wicked Witch, and the Wizard.

I didn’t appreciate this gem of a movie much when I was younger unfortunately but coming back to it years later it’s quickly become one of my all time favorites, largely due to the incredible music!

I sang The Roses of Success as part of an am-dram pantomime a few years ago... it genuinely makes me so happy to hear a good quality orchestrated version of this! Love it :D

I’ve used that song as an introduction to ‘engineering lessons learned’ sessions at a number of aerospace and rail companies. Sadly the apprentices haven’t seen the movie these days..

0:55 Da da DA DA DA DA da da DA DA, the tune that appears throughout the whole intro. What song is that supposed to instrumentalize? Also 1:31 Da da-da-DA-DA da da DA! ding ding ding ding DA da-da-DA-da da da DA! what song is that supposed to instrumentalize? I can hear "Roses of Success" and "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", Do you hear any other songs used in the intro? I can't seem to find the songs anywhere in the film.
