there seems to be an arithmetic mistake at 25:40 the correct calcualtion should be 6.81 , due to this the opinion was diverted. The new collar should be 6.81% - 7.31%

Ho. Where can we see the journals ? For the payment of the premium on entering of the agreement, subsequent measurements of the cap, accounting for the net interest payment etc??

Why on earth do you want the journals? This is not a financial accounting exam and journal entries are not relevant or examinable in this financial management exam.
