Will the no flow light flicker on and off every time the pump starts back up? For example, stop pump to empty basket then start pump up again. Or is it only when powering up the module?

Thanks for your question. The no flow light will flash for up to a minute whenever flow is re-established, until it confirms constant flow. So that would be tied to the pump start-up as you mention.
