That is the fastest I’ve ever take down 1000 characters of notes lol. This is dripping with value. I just lost an amazing opportunity with an up and coming tech company branching into the medical field. I felt I answered the questions thoroughly and well but after watching this video I could have been much more specific to the role than I was and I am now confident that’s why they did not move forward with me. I have 6 years experience in operations management. I managed people and procedures and logistics and SLAs etc but at a small company of 50 employees so we did not use the industry lingo etc. this video has helped me get up to speed on some terminology and the specific approach desired and I am subbing!

FedEx will ask questions like this tell about a time when you gain respect between an individual or a group? next question name a time when a change or issue happening you had the deal with and handle the issue? next question tell me about a time when you had an instance where you had to take charge? And you must answer in bar format background action result if you don't do that you're not going anywhere I currently work here and I am going for a promotion soon I'm not really finding this helpful but maybe if I continue to watch I will get ideas from the things that you are saying

Too many businesses and people make the mistake of getting caught up in outdated and ineffective interview processes.
