I don’t live in my house I live in Australia so am I a owner occupied or not and because I live in Australia they think I’m renting my house out. I’m not renting my house because of the fact that my house is not in the best condition and I don’t have the money to pay for the repairs and I need to be able to get it back in order for the regulations to be a healthy home .

It doesnt matter which structure u use 😂 in the end, u need to have enough money to pay for the mortgage. Back to the basic guys, the banks they dont care, they just wanna know how much money u make. So it’s a mouse trap anyways.
