Drop D I believe although the tuning he’s using seems to be different

He's playing in regular drop B tuning (B F# B E G# C#), although the song is more easily playable in E standard tuning except for the small bit around 1:50, so it is likely just that and the band recorded that small bit separately with another guitar (or just a pitch shifter)

it's a normal 7string because you can hear open G (3rd string) at 3:02 , and you can also hear open E (1st string) at 3:18
