Dice is wrong about no one ever being killed for making noise during a movie. There was a guy in FL who was shot because he got a text from his daughter during the previews and he talked back when this dude blew up at him for making noise...I believe the guy who shot him tried to claim self defense. The guy is in his 70s and he was just granted bail a few months ago but I don't think any trial has started. I personally think the prosecutor is taking his sweet time on an open and shut case because the dude is a geezer and an ex-cop.
