I've read about people overdosing on Fentanyl patches by using a heating pad. It speeds the drug release, apparently.

Out of the not opiates the only ones to realistically warrant that state are tranquillisers and maybe ecstasy but MDMA should have other telltale signs such as foaming mouth/very cold. Although any of those listed and alcohol could warrant a similar reaction. Many of these types of overdose will have aspirated vomit so clear those airways folks, good luck and god speed 👍👍
