In this video I wanted to give everyone an update on my experiences with the Oppo Find N2. I wanted to go over some Pros & Cons with the device so far.
The new Find N foldable is powered by the SD8+Gen1, with an outer 5.54-inch screen and an inner 7.1-inch screen. Both 120Hz AMOLED screens. The Find N2 runs ColorOS 13 based on Android 13

If oppo does release the Flip 2 model for the USA it will come with a global ROM & we should be able to flash that ROM on the find n 2 being they share the same exact hardware

The inside one is the protector that protects the folding glass...I have seen folks install screen protectors on top of that...the outer display has one also

Google messages did the same for me when I texted any hot key regarding money (for example; visa, pay, how much, etc.). If you resend the same message and and an emoji it will send. After a while, Google messages never requested that message ever again so it's running RCS, mms and SMS perfectly on my oppo find n2. P.s I'm running the beta version of Google messages.

@@King-qe8oh yes and no. You can download and run a launcher but you cannot set it as default. So, whenever you go home, it will always resort back to the system default launcher.

@@gururelaxtion3740 I've had mine since Dec 28, I had the N1 and literally sold it immediately when there was no 5g and no way to change default messages app. I then switched to the vivo x fold, then Galaxy fold 4, then Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. Since Dec 23, I've only been using the find N2 and I feel like there's so much stuff that has changed for the better that it feels global enough for me. I was having the Google messages issue at the beginning but then it just went away, notifications came in for the apps I used more as well. I rooted my Mix Fold 2, the only reason why I don't go back to it is because this phone has more 5g connection for me than the Mix Fold 2. But in my honest opinion, the Mix Fold 2 is such a crazy good phone. It was the phone that I used the most in 2022 and it only came out on August of last year

The square aspect ⬛️ in 4/4 of this Oppo once unfolded means that it has no interest in my opinion. No waterproofing, no wireless charging, $1100 in China so surely around $1400 - $1500 outside China... Also, how can we achieve this level of engineering without thinking for a moment about the positioning of the speakers which is a nonsense, not to mention that of the power button / fingerprint and the volume button positioned too high and not ergonomic at all (regarding the positioning of the buttons, it is valid for the Samsung Flip 4) 🤦🏽‍♂️ The Honor Magic Vs (the version with the pencil) is currently the only one that can really compete with Samsung's Fold 4, this Honor is currently perhaps the only Fold to have almost ideal external and internal screen proportions . The Oppo Find N2 with its too wide external screen is equivalent to superimposing 2 iPhones 6 Plus, seriously it's neither ergonomic nor practical for one-handed use. Ps: I remain convinced that all these Folds should have a screen like the Oppo Find N Flip's exterior screen next to the rear photo sensors.
