I've just purchased the Oppo having come from a Note 10 Plus for 2 years. One thing you didn't review (possibly because it is unfair as only Oppo have it) is the microscope feature. Overall I am impressed with the phone but for real world photography nothing can beat a proper DSLR or mirrorless system! Great review!

Hey Bradley, I know we didnt cover the macro feature correctly, because we didnt know at that time that you have to switch to it in the navigation menu. We covered the feature in an later video though. It's better to just spend a bit more and get the overall better phone., The Mi 11 isn't bad but it also isn't amazing, whereas the Oppo is pretty amazing. You literally get what you pay for with the Oppo. Mi 11 for £800 could do better.

The microscope camera is not usable for macro shots. You can zoom in VERY close yes, but it is more of a gimmick. The Oppo has a telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom for macro shots.

but it's not the Mi T-serie ... the Special Kamera-Serie. What do you think about the difference between the older Version 'Mi 10t pro' (I think it's the better Kamera than mi11) and the new 'oppo find F3 pro' - especially the nightmode, Zoom, and Ultrawide mode? in Sachen Kamera scheint bei Xiaomi die Software mit der Hardware nicht richtig abgestimmt zu sein, oder zu kommunizieren. Das Ergebnis ist trotz besserer Sensoren der Flaggschiffe das Ergebnis wie bei den Budget Geräten. Dynamic Range ist mäßig und nachts sind die Bilder unscharf und die Videos dunkel, zittrig und matschig. Da lohnt es sich ja kaum mehr Geld für das Mi 11 auszugeben.

While doing the video comparison at the start of the comparison, the camera is moving far too fast to be able to see any difference. You mention the dynamic range and say "where you can see in the sky". The viewer has no opportunity to see what you are talking about as the camera is spinning like a spinning top. This fast, aggressive method really is terrible for us, the viewer. On many occasions it is like being on a roller coaster and we have no time to confirm what you are claiming. PLEASE SLOW DOWN................

At 5:15 it seems like the find x3 isn't using the dedicated macro camera. It looks its using the wide/macro camera instead of the 3mp microlens camera. Other's are able to capture hair strands on a sweater/fabric with almost touching the object itself. Otherwise, I'd say both phones does a great job. Good review comparison btw
