Pam, I'm seeing lots of comments about being in different time zones and it being the middle of the night for some folk. When I did this before (for a healing) we had people from all time zones chanting, and they kept the vibe going all day and night and it created a circle around the globe. Folk need to join in when they can - it will be just as powerful, and they will feel connected. Lots of love. this is a massive success.

3 pm on Cape Breton Island, the unceded territory of the Mi'kmaw .. the indigenous people of this area. We live with treaties of peace and friendship. This tiny island, and the whole province of Nova Scotia, is abundant with unspoiled nature and wildlife. There is clean air with magic in it, a huge music scene and boatloads of lobster, snowcrab.. tuna etc. Even when we get clobbered by a hurricane ( which we may be in the middle of on Sunday ) I feel I'm in a blessed land and wish everybody could have this experience. Hello everyone! I must tell you that at 7pm UK time yesterday - Sunday - my husband and I were canoeing and we stopped to fill ourselves with peace, gratitude and love and then sent it to the world. I was picturing all of us holding hands around the world and creating the light grid as Pam speaks about - and at that moment I saw a huge bird flying toward us and it was a huge bald eagle. The eagle flew around us for a bit and my heart filled even more with love and light that I sent out to all of you - our “family of frequency” - and the world - I have set a timer for 2pm each day to stop for one minute to take a deep breath and fill with peace and love and then send it out- please join me. Thank you for the idea and this meditation. I am currently in a fight with my neighbors who are trying everything to get rid of the trees in my backyard. Even hurting the trees to make them ill (if that is the correct English word for it) I love my trees and am heartbroken over their loss. This happens all over Germany as trees are regarded as in the way of solar collectors and windmills for socalled renewable energies. Your meditation reminded me that we can make a change instead of despair

I thank you Pam for your loving heart to all your followers. for me firsts when I open my eyes in the morning, I pray to God and thankful ask yo guide me , and then look at out side its quite around 3 in the morning, trying to see the trees then breath looking the sky. same in the evening I love sitting in my balcony looking the sky .. some times some birds will fly past through . I miss so much my old house, when I open the window I can see the trees that swaying then the birds sitting in the branch to another . I do also my own diary of life , now that am all alone . Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to meditate in groups, it feels so powerful. I don't know if you'll do it tomorrow. I'm from Mauritius, I used to sit in my backyard under my Elderberry and meditate early morning at 7 am in Sundays. My neighbour had cut some of my Elderberry bushes iny backyard without asking my permission, I felt so down and broken these last days and I was very sick too as I consider this as my meditation space, it's so magical and peaceful to hear the birds singing there. I'm glad he didn't cut more of my Elderberry bushes.

This is a wonderful idea, Pam. I have put it in my phone and will definitely be on board. The energetic creation is particularly apparent in our astral body. When out of body, our emotions are very big and we think of something and it appears. We have that here, but it takes longer and we don't notice - like the growth of a plant. This "hands around the globe" is very powerful; I've experienced it before. Part of the trick, I believe, is to be consciously aware of yourself as often as possible throughout the day. Because we are not, most of the time. Get into a habit of awareness - some might call it being in the moment. It really makes a difference. I know it's hard when you're busy; you're only aware of the fact you can't find your child's coat and it's pouring with rain, when getting them off to school. But you will complete that task and stop for a cup of tea, at some stage. Then drop into the moment. Experience all your senses. Wonderful Pam. I'm fully on board. Much love xxx

I will absolutely be there, 11 AM, Vancouver BC Canada time. I've been doing a similar practice for some time now - I appreciate some of your added details and refinements - and after Veda's interview with you Pam, I added the idea of the light around me raising as an orb, then spreading in my neighbourhood, then my city, the region etc, until I place the earth in a pink merkaba. Ideas of love, truth, beauty, trust, harmony and peace (Drunvalo). Added to that, I'm imagining the light as plasma now, thank you to you and Veda, and tendrils of plasma reaching out to other orbs and light masses, and joining gently, light as a feather, cradling Gaia in this journey. I appreciate the imagery of natural food, park-like land, animals and humans in loving communion, other magical elementals... so beautiful. The avatar I work with constantly encourages shining light. That's all that's needed - LIGHT. This is a beautiful initiative and I support it wholeheartedly. Peace and blessings.

Yes, the energy surge is quite strong. It is my ritual now at this time on Sundays and it seems to get more defined each time. I’m also Grounding outside during the meditation, while the weather permits, and the connection to Gaia is beautiful. Lovely to be in union with you too. 💖

Thanks Pam, I live by those laws of the Universe and LOVE in the good. It's sunny 🌞 over here in the sacred island of Ireland.
