कृपया वीडियो को ध्यान से देखो, यह सब बताया गया है लेकिन जब कर्मचारियों की खुद की पेंशन ही 5000 बन रही है तो फिर फ़ैमिली पेंशन 3000 बनेगी। जिसका नाम केवल पेंशन हैं लेकिन पेंशन का उद्देश्य पूरा नहीं होता है

@SSBAMITPRASAD 2004 k baad join krne wale bhut se employees retired ho chuke h. Retirement only 60 saal pe hi nhi hota h. Retirement k or bhi bhut se ground hote h.

Lot of misinformation, Neither Government nor employee contribute in OPS. You will also get same pension for your family in NPS which employee was getting, it won't get reduce like UPS and OPS. Lastly, who will calculate the 60% lump sump which you get in NPS??? No wonder this is how you people are fooling government employee by spreading misinformation.

If a employees resign after 10 year regular service in central government ... Resign. ..not retirement... Then he will get pension or not under UPS plz clearifh
