Final Results are in!!!
4 months on this weight loss journey has come to an end. Optavia was a great way to get me down to my goal weight and helped give me the confidence to continue to work on my goals when it comes to the health of my body.
I have continued to loose more weight but I am doing it on my own and no longer on the program. I have started to workout to continue this journey!
I am not a coach and this is not a sponsored video, I am just a very satisfied customer sharing my great experience.

Hi, I am on this program 1 month and nobody said you cant workout. I workout daily and also training for half marathon. My coach modified the program for me, by adding extra protein. And suprisingly I am doing great with working out and staying consistent on this program. Best of luck!!!

What a great accomplishment you have made! It takes a lot of courage and self-discipline to keep going. Mindset is one of the biggest things I teach to my clients when they are going into losing weight! I think it is easy to lose weight but keeping it off is the hard part because if you don’t change your mind the body change will only be temporary!

Awesome! Congratulations on losing 60 total pounds! I'm in week 3 of the program...I know I have a long way to go but I am enjoying the food and program so far :)

Thank you for your honest opinion. I found your videos very inspirational as I’m getting ready to start this journey myself and there are some many negative opinions about it on KZbin. I just need a jumpstart as I have struggled with weight loss for the past year and I feel like this plan will help motivate me as it did you. Good luck in your future weight loss journey!

you can totally do this!!! The more focused and dedicated you stay with the program the faster you get to the transition mark. Keep pushing.

i remember only lasting maybe 2.5 weeks, i was so ashamed that the love for unhealthy food overcame me but i am thinking of going on the diet again

3 months eating snacks and one meal a day!!! I don't know how you could do it! I would starve!! Nutrisystem is THE BEST!!!!!

Rotate your feelings and try different stuff including the flavors of home, crunchy snacks, smoothie... may help to do more than bars and shakes

Hello, thank you for your truthfulness on the program. I'm just a week in, but my question is... did you loose a lot of hair on the program? I noticed your hair looked thinner in the bang area. I'm worried about that because I have already lost hair due to menopause (which now I'm post menopausal) and being 60 years old.

I’m about to start month 2 in a few days I’m already bored with the 5 and 1 food choices I crave fresh food all the time. I committed to do 3 months but the “fuelings” taste Strange and are made with soy so I don’t feel super confident eating it. My commitment is what is keeping me going but can’t wait to get past the 3 rd month . I will say that I like the convenience of having something to eat when I’m hungry that I can just grab and go or just whip up quickly. The food just got really boring really fast for me but I’m sticking to it Bc I had lost 6 pounds in one month. I like having a clear plan of action as opposed to not knowing what to eat -

You can work out. There are videos on it. You may need to add a snack or a light lean and green but it can be done. Im on it too and i go pretty hard on the work outs. Some days you feel tired and your body needs more. Add some light protein and a light veggie you're good to go

I’m about to order with my friend who is a coach and I’m an avid worker outer 😁 but I can never get past my maintenance weight as my eating isn’t great. Looking forward to have this get me to my goals. I totally plan to workout and like you said just add more protein if I’m feeling tired or weak

No, I have taken to the gym and healthy eating habits route instead. It served its purpose to show me that I can loose the weight. With the last 2 years I get to prove to myself that I can do it again.
