You can't use dupes for PVP skills, but you can use them for limit break, normal skill up and 1 socket. You can also sell them to the rayleigh shop if you don't care about those things!

Would it be worth now to pull for Snakeman V2 or should continue to be saved for Luffy/Sanji? I have 250 gems for this sugo and most other S tier legends except the newest releases (last one I pulled for was Shanks crew)

If you don't have difficulty clearing content you will probably want to save. If you care about PVP you will also want gems for the PVP Whitebeard banner tbh.

When I started optc (in the first year of global) I just wanted to play a one piece game, there were many chances to reroll but I never felt like it, its so much better to improve your very own original account over the years. Now im 2000days in and have nearly every legend/rr/lrr and story mode/fn characters :)
