WOW, the moving eye feature is AMAZING!!!

The gas mask wasn't supposed to stay in place, you see him holding it up during the movie. Also, only thing it could've used was the hand buzzer. Aside from that, I'm still in awe at the detail; this is easily the definitive depiction of Jack's Joker.

Jack Nickelson was the TRUE joker above heath ledger (he was good aswell) but not neating Jack.... *YOU CAN CALL HIM... THE JOKER*

IceRanger Heath is better, hands down. His performance was amazing, he was a legend. Jack’s was good too, but he did better in the Shining.

Ledger was the best Joker, Nicholson was a great Joker but Heath reinvented the Joker in a way thats even better than the iconic comic Joker.

This is probably Hot Toys' best likeness. I've seen this figure up close and it really is amazing. It's great you record in HD so people can appreciate how good he really looks. The only thing he's missing is the hand buzzer. But other than that, he's perfect

Great review. The movable eyes are eerie. At 6:33, I thought "Wait 'til they get a load of Me!" I remember back then, the only way to get a realistic looking Nicholson Joker was the unpainted Billiken vinyl kit at 1/6 scale. I spent some time painting it, especially with the plaid pants!

Like all of the Hot Toys releases I've seen, this thing is incredible. Though the eyes are an amazing feature, the things that blow me away are the $100 bills. Not only are the stacks individual bills, but each bill is amazingly detailed! That kind of attention to detail is really what keeps Hot Toys at the top of their game.

Great review sir, Jack was The Joker for me too as a kid so I do love this figure. I hope they come out with the secondary version you mentioned. I'd like to try to get that one cause I missed out on this one sadly. I'd really like to get the Heath Ledger DX Joker also they did such a great job on both figures. they really captured both actors perfectly in their separate portrayals of the character.

Dad won't let me watch The Dark Knight, but from what I've heard, that one pales in comparison to Jack Nicholson's Joker. To describe my issue with the TDK Joker is to quote him. "Why so serious?" The Joker shouldn't be creepy, he should be funny.

I respectfuly disagree. The Joker's is primarily a criminal mastermind, a scheming supervillain, a sadistic psychopath. These facets naturally lead to him being creepy. The way that Nicholson's Joker killed his loyal right-hand-man, Bob was quite shocking/creepy, as was the way he created "art", experimenting on his lover, Alicia. Jack's OTT performance and lines were/are very amusing, but Ledger does have his amusing moments too. He also imbued the character with a lot more depth. Like Bond, it all depends how you want the character to be, and which portrayal ticks the most boxes for you.

ah but in the gallery scene he didn't have his makeup on, so if with his tuxedo outfit with the makeup on at the same time, it would be incorrect to wear it. and I know the white skin isn't makeup, but you get the idea (tuxedo + human skin = flower, Tuxedo + white skin = No flower)

you clearly misunderstood what I said, what I meant was that he never wore the flower with the tuxedo in any scene other then the museum scene, but he did wear it with his trench coat. Yes he did wear it with the tuxedo but he had his human skin makeup on, I'm just pointing this out for complete accuracy when displaying him, because there are a lot of people out there who want everything to be perfect, like myself.
