Thank you for posting this demonstration. This helps me see that a Pressure Washer would be much more suited to wash this dirty truck than a steamer. Cleaning power is Pressure x Water Flow. A pressure washer would have greater Pressure AND greater Water Flow... making it much easier to cut through that thick dirt. I understand that in some regions, water consumption is a consideration, and for this reason the steamer may be more appropriate, and will get a good job done eventually...

es mucho tiempo con vapor es mejor la hidrolavadora ese equipo es para interiore o tambien puede ser utilizado para quitar chapopote de las salpicaderas o grasa de lo contrario toma mucho tiempo lavar un auto

Hey É Hoje I'm a detailer from Denmark, and i use steam to wash the exterior of the car. However these guys are doing it wrong, and they have cut in their video. You have to use microfiber towels, to wipe behind the steam so the surface will become clean and have the shine. The machine they are using is called Optima Steamer, and i think they are spraying some TFR remover on it.

These guys obviously don't know how to wash a car. You always start from the top of the car and work your way down. Basic rule of car washing. Also, it looks like this machine was shooting out more water than steam. It should have worked better than that.

This is not enough to clean the vehicle especially if it is muddy and full of dirt. I would stick to the conventional steam pressure washer and my brand is Karcher.

De verdad no puedo creer como esta gente puede lavar así, osea eso es muy demorado, aparte no queda bien, porque no utilizan una champucera como la tornado con un buen desengrasante que afloje el barro y mugre y después le pasan la pistola de vapor, luego utilizan un shampoo neutro o con autobrillante y un trapo de microfibra lo esparcen bien por la pintura y lo remueven con el vapor, todo eso a un solo operario experto no debería de tomarle máximo 10 a 15 minutos.

Una champucera usa agua (soy de Chile)? creo que la idea de este negocio es usar la menor cantidad de agua posible. Para que usar desengrasante? el vapor no es suficiente para remover el barro de la carrocería? dices que un operario experto tomaría entre 10 a 15 min...no suena tan mal (aunque lo ideal sería más rápido), crees que podría realizarse sólo con vapor y con no más de un galón de agua?. Ojalá puedas responderme, estoy analizando posibilidades de servicios de limpieza con esta máquina. Saludos.

@@yerkosandoval4559 vas a usar demasiada energía, luz, para lavar un auto. No es costeable para negocio. Tal vez para servicios muy específicos como lavados de motor sería bueno.

When you wash a car regularly you use types of degreasers and it’s always good to put a fresh coat of wax on a car after it’s washed 😂 didn’t know when you wash a car you just remove the dirt and don’t worry about the imbedded dirt in wax unless your sayin the wax can’t be penetrated? 🧐

why not just wash it first , then follow up with steamer on areas that wont wash off. the steamer seems to be very effective on wheels and tires especally if sprayed with a wheel cleaner first

Steam still not very efficient in washing the car. It takes longer time. Water hose is still faster to clean this muddy SUV.
