50:12 Elites are always the rightmost card in their row when they have summons, which I guess doesn't really matter for the sentries but would for enemies that apply things like vulnerable, depending on whether or not another enemy will attack after they applied that.

That was always one of my favorite invisible game design aspects of the video game. Nothing in the game mentions it, but all multi enemy fights that have an enemy apply vulnerable has said enemy at the far right, going last. This makes it so that the enemy damage forecast won't change in the middle of the enemy turns, the only exception being the fungi rats if you have thorns or static discharge

Would love to see you guys do more runs of this. This game has unlocks which they could figure out what they unlocked from the past run and then add those things to the proper place and even go up on ancesion level with each win.

Hahaha, it apparently did not occur to me in the moment that I could just remove my curse that easily. But oh well, it was fun and satisfying constantly discarding it to fuel my plays!

Yep it's Ascension 1, a fact I didn't actually know until the end of our run since it was Drew's copy of the game and he never mentioned the ascension system at all until the end.

Drew actually had 2 weaken on the last turn so his intitial 2 attack didn't do damage but the end of turn lightning would of finished anyways..

Right, I missed that! It should have only done one damage, because the -1 from weak doesn't stack. But like you said, the lightning got them in the end anyways.

Incorrect, he would've done 1 damage. Weaken only causes one to be removed per attack at -1 value. Having 2 weakened status and attacking for 2 will result in one weakened being removed and the enemy getting hit for 1.

Question: Are you supposed to shuffle the discard deck + draw deck together at the beginning of each combat? I was a bit confused about that part in the rule book

Yep, fully reset your deck for every combat! Just like the video game, if you've played that.

Have a question. You guys didn’t visit a shop on this run I think? If you do visit a shop do you get to draw 3 of each type of card ( 3 rares, and 3 regular rewards ( grey/blue banners combined) and then just pay the appropriate amount for whatever you have $ to pay for?)

I'm just going from memory here of how Drew taught me as he's the owner of the game, but I think we would just draw 3 rewards, just like after a normal combat, and rares were only available to buy if we got a golden ticket in that draw. Worth double checking in the rulebook though!

I believe he is right done a few solo runs and currently doing a 2 player one and that is how we have ruled it so each player could draw 3 commons costing 2 each or 3 uncommons worth 4 each whatever is the top 3 of their deck but if they reveal a golden ticket that is put to the bottom and then you reveal the top rare which will cost 6. This along with relics, card rewards, card removes and potions gives you tons of options.

Overall which character would you say is the worst and best? Personally ive found the silent to be really weak, and the ironclad seems like a powerhouse

Great question, I don't have the experience to really judge that myself yet! We played on @theboardgamecomposer 's copy of the game. Maybe he's formed some thoughts?

I think all have been very viable! I've done some wild things with the Silent, like a discard based deck where I drew my entire deck on turn one. That said, I think the board game really rewards getting out of combats as quickly as possible, even more so than the video game, so defensive strategies seem less effective. I think the Watcher might be the weakest because her wrath is much less busted (although balanced with a far less punishing downside). I'd agree that Ironclad is probably the best, exhaust builds are so powerful.
