If they don't approve then they are bias, example is CO/UA merge was just 2 big airlines with the same routes merge. This merger is 2 airlines flying different route structures so it compliments. Will have very little layoffs and retirements will take care of that.

There is no reason to have an Alsakain Airlines/Hawaiian Airlines holding company similar to IAG, Air France/KLM, etc allowing the the two brands operating under their own brands but a common frequent progarmme, co-sharing, etc.

@@wendikeanu6089especially since Hawaiian and Alaska have been in the top 5 US airlines since 2010 (as far back as I have searched) I believe people have one bad experience, airlines fault or not, and try trashing the airline. This combined airline is going to be AMAZING!!
