I loved the idea of the dual response; when you say yes to something random you essentially say no to something important! Great!

random video to put this on, but Brian just so you know in my daily gratitudes I have begun including your vids and the time you take to make them. I love these videos you're making...you are truly a GOD at what you do, not just pro. You simultaneously manage to a) condense a book into key concepts b) ensure those key concepts are tangible takeaways that I can use immediately and c) you deliver them with an understanding of the audience, and a humbling presence that depicts your own daily practices that D) are delivered with expert-level speech. You are awesome and I am so glad you followed your passion, because it is changing my life.

Brian, I've been on your email list for several months. I honestly have NO idea how I got on your mailing list (Your email just showed up at 1 am the morning after a long timesink online), but I got curious and started reading them. I've been spinning my wheels as a self improvement junkie for years now, but your daily email has given me traction. I'm in the routine of reading your email every morning when I wake up, right after my scripture study, and I've built great habits from what I've learned and your call to action. I now do yoga right after reading your email - something I never gave myself permission to do before, even though I love it. I'm getting up earlier, going to bed earlier, and making sure I get enough sleep. I even started taking naps! Well, more like horizontal meditations since I have only successfully fallen asleep during one once in four months. But it's the attempt that counts. Thank you for your diligence in sending an email every day. You're making a difference! - Sara Bangerter.

Tell Liza, thank you for posting the videos, and "Babygirl, I will wait; not playa hate, and only appreciate, her service to making my life better." Please tell all of your staff, Alexandria, Emerson, and anyone else involved with this organization, words cannot sufficiently express my deep gratitude for their contribution and service, to myself and humanity.

I found this by watching TV and now you claim I can unequivocally stop watching TV. Human beings need time to sharpen the saw. Our brains are not digital - they are organic. They need time to recharge. Of course, we all understand that you mean "watching TV" that isn't important but your example could mislead a lot of people to think all time watching TV isn't important. That is absolutely not true. Human beings are visual learners and video is much more effective in many ways of learning and often very important.

watching TV is definitely worthless bro unless you set up a specific routine for that, you'll always get addicted to overconsumption
@PaulThronson Жыл бұрын
@@thawlinoo6492 I've worked as a corporate executive for over 30 years and I have never seen anyone at my level that didn't watch TV and who also was addicted, at least as far as my definition of the word. Either "always" is a huge exaggeration or your experiences are much different than mine. Also in my experience, having a discussion with people who casually use words like "always" to describe human behavior is a big red flag.
