Last Bog I had my first successful defense against a range rally of 4 player, 10m troops (their total power combine was x10 mine) without any reinforce with my incomplete t1 wall... They've stopped attacking me after that... so far only k40 big whale coinners have been able to kill me with +4m march t15 ground with ridiculously high buffes.

love your channel buddy.you rock.im working on T1 I have flat and % refines on wall gen is this correct? as the Flats cant be debuffed and work on T 1 -T8 i believe and I still want % for T 9 and above K35 working on T14s HOLY $$$$$$$$$$$$ this game man wow

Thanks 🙏. You can mix flats and %s, but it really depends how much upper tier you have whether the %s will be effective. If you don't have a ton of upper tier, it'll likely all be taken in a solo anyways, so it's better to ghost the upper tier cavs

I got a 1B trap keep, got me 2nd in SvS hahaha. Inside I've got 123M t1 cavs and 73M t1 ground. Wall flat refined for cavs, ground and siege. QUESTION: What tier of siege do you recommend me building for flat refine?

Siege doesn't respond quite as well to flat refines due to that reduced siege range. Just based on buffs, lower tier siege will get a larger buff, but due to the siege range, higher tier range will typically be stronger. If you are going to build low tier siege and flat refine, I would suggest going heavier on t11 and t9s, but I haven't done a ton of experimenting with siege flat refines. Let me know what you find out.

T9/10 if and only if you have the siege ranged ring/bracers from civilization gear. Otherwise with gear of Ares, achaemenidae and bellow, stick with t11 seige and up

Yeah, this civ gear for siege range seems to be making all the difference nowadays... I don't have it.. I want my siege to help defend against Range Rally. Thanks for the advice everyone

Could you show us how many they actually had in there rally against you, troop power is all good d great but you never show how many players went against you and your four reins. Ty your awesome getting down to most of the details...

I showed most of the details, but most rallies were 22m-28m troops with 7-9 marches

Flat refines are the biggest difference for t1s so it would depend on what higher tier troops you have that would need buff %s from the assistant General

Flat refines are using the whole number refines instead of the percentage ones. For example Mounted HP +1198 instead of Mounted HP +25%

See I'd disagree with this sorta i got rallied about 10mill troops and lost but won the power exchange by like 200mill power so in my favor and that was after the alliance had splatted for almost a bill power total from a bunch of solos against me. But I also have lots of high tier siege to break apart ranged march's before my t1 wall gets there

I think a bigger rally might have done better against you, 10m is kinda small, but it's really hard to know without knowing all the details. If you're going positive, you're doing it right 👍

@@OptimizEvony yeah I'm still small less than a bill power I got like 45mill t1 mounts I'm using Leonidas as main with Boudica as asst and have 2 pieces koryo 2 pieces Abbas and 2 ach for wall gear

A positive power exchange is not the same as a positive point exchange. It can be an indicator, but for example a t8 troop has a 1.6 power to point rate, while a t14 has a 0.4 power to point rate. This means while they lose far more power when they are losing a t14 the t14 on a power by power comparison is less. So it really depends on the troop tiers that are being lost, and the troop counts will mater because you will break into more of those middle tiers when you kill/wound more troops. (note the better power to point rates are on the extremes t14 to t12 are all under 1, t1 is the only other under 1). Note, this is all in reference to SVS, I haven't looked at the point rates for battlefields as it doesn't seem to come up quite as often overall.

True, it doesn't make someone good at defense, but at least you aren't seeing all 2b people zeroed in one hit. That was not a fun time (even as someone on the attacking side)

When you refer to low power keeps what do you mean 500 mil a bil 3 bil?

I would say low power trap keeps are under 2b, but it depends what stage of the game your server is in

Rein? Rein means reinforcements so when your team sends you reinforcements to help fight

Sorry, but moving the mouse and scrolling so fast I couldn’t see enough to focus on the troops that you were describing. If your intention is to teach, you should do it a tá slower. Otherwise your description was excellent!

Not to many now without t1s. Battlefield is kinda pointless these days actually. You either got k40s killing everything, or t1 traps that you can't attack. So for everyone except the k40s it's pretty much pointless

It can be pretty annoying I agree, but a lot of t1 keeps don't have flat refines so they are much weaker

It's pretty difficult, the main way to defend well against siege is having a good amount of high tier siege and good buffs, but that will be difficult with a low power t1 trap

You're all over the place. Slow down with the screen share and actually describe what's happening. This 30 minute video could have been covered in 10.

35 minutes , shared no more than 8 reports and without even showing enemy side of the report. just show reports men.... no need to talk just show reports with both sides troops killed and buffs

It’s interesting to see these defenses and battles. Things play out a little bit differently in the higher servers, but overall this is helpful to see for the future. It would be useful to know what sort of debuffs, and defensive % you have. I see a lot of complaints about them, but I think meat walls are simply another strategy to think about. Just blindly zeroing people is boring.

Agreed, especially with the crazy level of attack buffs these days, battle mechanics were completely broken
