I am not sure what Sandy means by a lot of companies ask for the GMAT, maybe a few consulting companies and some banks. A lot companies care less about credentials and care about the skills that you bring to the table. e.g. Can you communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner about the issue relevant at hand.
