I know for most, not many notice. The closet downstairs in the bathroom with the shelf unit also makes for great stairs. As a retired first responder, it's perfect for safety issues. 1) great escape if in danger and 2) great way to save some if trapped in a fire and the regular stairs are unable to be used. That is a huge reason to love this home. Not many look for stuff like that. Thank you very much for this incredible and beautiful design. 💜 🎉

The plan looks great, with lots of space. I'd move the master closet over to allow access directly from the bedroom rather than through the bathroom. I like the doorless shower. The kitchen is a bit light on counters, but there's more in the pantry and laundry room for less frequently used appliances as well as more storage.

I love this house!! My only thing is I would swap the laundry room and dining room, so I could easily carry food outside, because that back porch is to die for!!! I'd move in tomorrow ❤

Oh my. If I could afford to build this I would. It's awesome. My ONLY small change would be to put a pocket door in between the toilet/shower area and the sink area in the master bath because we need a bit more knee room. I really like the storage spaces under the stairs and the loft/study up stairs.

Kitchen seems cramped - I would take some space from the dining room and use it to increase the counter and cabinet area in the kitchen. Small bedroom upstairs would make a great office/craft room. I also would swap the master bedroom closet and sink/linen closet and have access from the bedroom.

This is a beautiful home. Everything about it. I truly do love all the designs and the detail you do. I really like this house. I like that it isn't open concept. I like the big rooms. The 1/2 bath seems a little small. I love, love, love the porches. The size of them is really good. I would like to know the total sqft of this house please. Very nice job.

Obviously the people who draw these plans don't live normal lives. Just because you opt for a smaller house doesn't mean they want to skip on the master. And I've already had a house where the only way to the back deck was through the laundry room. It's awkward, can be embarrassing and generally just a very undesirable feature.

I don't like the black and white tiles, visually loud, ugly. Not in my home. No way. I like wood and stone and flagstone.

Focus more on the floor plan and less on the materials and finishes that you prefer since you would change those anyways.
