Not true. Everyone has a teacher in some way or form . Hardly anyone who is successful has one source of income. They are constantly branching out and creating other revenue streams . Teaching is also quite rewarding and helps you to become better yourself . They are teaching on line with a course that only needs to be created once and the sold so once the groundwork is done it's not super time consuming.

I gradually went from a noob to a "master of options" in about a year. Don't try to understand multilegged strategies first like spreads or condors, instead understand what makes an option move and how it moves, also learn the Greeks. Once you do that you'll really be able to make profit.

People who are wealthy (notice didn't say rich), invest in variety of ways: I saw it during the OJ trial how he converted his investments into cash for his 'Dream Team' Real Estate (land, commercial/residential properties as well as their multiple properties) Art (variety of price points, when artist starts selling, artist in middle of career, artists deceased & value go up) Stocks/bonds (stable, risky & venture capital) Franchises (McDonalds, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts etc.) When someone like this guy shows his valuables, he has security (surveillance, guard dogs & guards), hidden room as well as lethal weapons on site. Nope, not going to be able to enter that penthouse even if thought prepared.

What a lot of people don't realize is going slowly is how you go fast. Going fast right away is what slows you down. Going slowly keeps you safe, and as long as your manage risk and build on wins instead of erasing days and digging yourself holes, your profits will eventually begin to accelerate and your wealth will hit a point of exponential growth. Risk management is your brakes, your trading is your throttle. You have to get out of the residential area first to get to the freeway.

I am not sure what exactly his trading strategy is: he seems to totally make sense when he echoes the words of Buffett and the likes that wealth is built over time and to be careful about leverage, but option trading is usually time-limited (expiration date !) as opposed to Buffett style 'buy and hold' which allows time for compounding.
