Thank you! I'm the only one in my gym who uses the lockdown and can hit the sweep on a lot of people. It's my main half guard game. This video just blew my mind. Thanks again.

I especially love the lockdown against heavier people. I use the whip up to get from under their weight. It's an annoying yet amazing defensive and offensive tool.

If you slide into lock down and do a knee drag to the outside yoj can sweep to the back

Thanks for the upload. I'll definitely try the calf slicer from there. The only thing i noticed is that when you get the sweep, the top player is going to post his arm out basically guaranteed

put that leg all the way on your shoulder. With the wip up make sure you're moving them up so it's easier to get under the leg and much stronger.
