all these courses are equally good in terms of employment, but veterinary, physiotherapy and optometry has the advantage of starting your own clinic. Sky is the limit if you can start your own clinic and/ provide freelance services. Note: Any medical and related courses ought to be followed by PG with specialization to earn good (in case of employment, at least). This is the case with MBBS as well.

Optometry has good scope, but you have to do BSc in Optometry. If you are interested in the medical field and looking to pursue PG, then PG Diploma/ MSc in Medical Physics from an institution recognised by AERB is for you.

both are equally good in terms of both employment and self employment opportunities. Sky is the limit if you can start your own clinic and/ provide freelance services. With a degree in MLT you can't sign lab reports but can start your own lab either by hiring a pathologist/ medical microbiologist/ medical biochemist/ through franchisee mode, to sign lab reports (without medical interpretation) you have to complete 3 years MSc in Medical (Microbiology/ Biochemistry) and PhD as the case may be. Note: Any medical and related courses ought to be followed by PG with specialization to earn good (in case of employment, at least). This is the case with MBBS as well.

Diploma is a basic course which helps one in becoming an ophthalmic technician and BSc is a more advanced course than a diploma, which helps one become an optometrist. Ophthalmic technicians work under ophthalmologists and optometrists whereas optometrists can work under ophthalmologists or start their own clinic.
