This is extraordinary. Roberta is such an amazing individual. As a student and a violinist, I have a ton of respect for what she has accomplished. Kudos to all who strive to keep music alive in the public school systems.

Just watched the movie so impressed with Roberta and the kids wow this is amazing I wish my kids had a music teacher like that maybe they would have kept up with their music lessons

Grew up with publicly funded music in school. As a parent I would fight to the nail to keep music in public education. Ms. Guaspari has a successful formula for teaching music like Vivaldi in his day in Italy. Suzuki has a successful program in Japan that is replicated worldwide with certified teachers. I think the Guaspari 118 teaching method can be beneficial for school children everywhere, not only on Harlem. (Something like a "marketable product"... normally hate to use the phrase...)

@4:02 - WHYYYYY would they include a song (beautiful though it may be!) that came from a movie about a sunken ocean liner (Titanic!!!) while they are on a cruise ship!!!??!? -Oh the irony if it all😂
