Did you know that the Bible practiced this Catholic influence in governments? A good book to read on this is "The Great Controversy" by Ellen G. White and the chapter "Freedom of Conscience threatened"

Yawn. I left Opus Dei about 40 years ago as a numerary. What else is new. What is a surprise is how all this seems so new to you. Opus Dei is rolling in billions and billions and billions of assets. You should see their magnificent buildings in the Philippines and read the blueblood family names populating their membership. And don't forget the silent slaves waxing the millions of square feet of Opus Dei properties.

The church is open to all voluntarily to seek their faith. Your accusation is non sense. But more to do evil to misguide and attack the faith. If there would be the secual criminal cases, there are legal procedure to proceed. But it does not mean all the church or organization have all the same issue. Your clip is not very objective but with a little bit extreme accompanying emotional attack. That's not good for your argument.

The Work ≠ the Church! Period. It’s one small order with a funny canonical status and a list of problems so long it deserves suppression. Also you should be aware of the distinction between the church as human organisation and as sacramental economy. The former can be and is corrupt and criticism is part of its healing
