@@engvedaenglish9379 if u have varicose veins even surgery does not work. Horse chestnut is a capsule. I took 8 bottles but no use. It is a rare plant. It's extract is difficult to get. Some company's r selling some product other than horse chestnut. We do not know how genuine the product is. That is why it did not work for me.
