I bought this. They only work when the door is open. I wanted them to work like the stock puddle lights. I mostly wanted them for the custom lens. There still in the box in the toolbox. They won't fit in the mirror housing and let the mirror adjust. They look good like I wanted but can't use them. Other companys make logos but not the one I want.

did u try mabe like cutting them to make it smaller? thinkin of buying these for the same purpose (mirror puddles)

What turns it on and off I don't have this exact truck will I have a red and purple wire

it is the door trigger ground that we are attaching to (the same wire that triggers the dome light)

In the map pocket? There has to be a better way.

On many other trucks, the door panel pocket is just partially open leaving a cavity or space to hide the projector. However, the entire pocket is open on the RAM.
