Hi, my name is Albert. I've been wrapping for almost a decade now.
Project Hiraya opened up 2021.
It's owned by AJ, my brother, and me.
Hiraya means hope in my language, which is Philippine. So Project Hiraya essentially means project hope.
So we specialise here in paint protection film, colour change vinyl, window tint, paint corrections, ceramic coating, wall graphics, anything with vinyl, pretty much you name it.
I've seen a lot of wrap shops.
I've seen a lot of them. Everyone does their thing, partial wrap. Everyone does a wall. But me and AJ decided, let's do something crazy. And when people walk in, they'll feel the shop itself. And they know that we're serious about what we do.
So we decided to do up the whole thing. We ended up using 3169G. That's specifically made for concrete. It holds well, and it comes off pretty easy as well. I started using ORAFOL for 5 years now, actually.
I started with the first one, customer service. My sales rep, he's been easy with everything. He helps me out when I need urgent materials, when I need something that would require overseas shipping, he's very helpful with that.
Second one would be quality. We've noticed that ORAFOL is not a lot thicker, but thicker than the other brands that we've been using. And that's a big bonus for the consumer themselves, because they get protection from stone chips that's been throw on the paint.
Third one would be warranty. About a year ago, I had an issue with the Tesla that we wrapped. He gave me a little product to clean it with, and it fixed it. Very easy. Customer was happy, I was happy. He is happy, everyone's happy.
With everything throughout 2021, ORAFOL been easy. I've made claims, very easy with everything. Any claims that I do, I talk to my customers, explain everything, what's going on, warrants the job itself, gives a solution how to fix things.
Honestly, ORAFOL is good with all that. I cannot fault them with anything here.
