I have the series 9 which does the same as the 10 .. with the 10 you are just getting an advance charger pad. Using your phone does the same thing and is better. Your teeth, gums and tongue feel amazing and fresh after using.

Yup, you are pretty much correct. The freshness feel is great though. But like you write, it´s probably exactly the same on both the 9 and 10 because it´s basically the same tooth brush in terms of brushing. // Chris

Hi! Thank you :-) Unsure if it’s safe to use with veneers. The pressure, even though the pressure sensor capabilities, can because of the oscillations be quite hard at times. I would probably check with a dentist what they recommend. Just to be on the safe side and not ruin anything :-) // Chris

I don't have a wall socket in my bathroom - does this mean I can't use the charging dock while brushing? I assume it only works when attached to the wall socket - and it's not some chargeable charging dock system.. THANK YOU !! :)

Hi! Great question! You are completely correct. The charger needs to be connected to a wall socket to work. You can of course use the app in the bathroom while brushing (and charge the toothbrush in another room). But that unfortunately counters the purpose of the fancy charging puck a little :-) Otherwise it´s a nice toothbrush. Specially if you can find it on sale ^_^ // Chris

So this is a very annoying question. Does it vibrate? I bought a cheap one and the vibration sits on my nerves. I wish it would only spin, but I can see a small vibration in this one too?

Hi, good question! It has to do with the refresh rate of the screen and the FPS rate of the video not matching. It is not something that is visible when looking a the tooth brush normally :-) // Chris

Compared to for example the Series 9 there isn't that much differences at all, except for that the io10 has got the light indicators on the charging puck. If you don´t really care about that, go for the 9 instead of the 10 :-) // Chris
