This guy and this style is the SICKEST DANCING I've ever seen and I seen it 09/2011. Since of that, I realized that what I wanted to do is Dancing. I'm still practicing to have that much flexy moves but I don't get how he moves from side to side so easily, and that's what I've been learning. I love the DK Penguin and I wish I get one this year, thanks for the video Ethan! I've been your follower since I seen this, and this was one of the latest videos I seen before starting longboarding.

My assumption is the stiffer version of the deck. If you're planning on purchasing one just get whatever you think is best for your style of riding though. The stiffer deck fits Ethan's hard freestyle landing but also makes freeride easier than on a flexier deck.

@NatureGnome yea its cause im not a bigg fan of short boards and iv always loved drop deck boards. and ima use it mostly for dh. i got a sector 9 Aperture for my slidin, carvin, mild dh, and slolem.

you should look at the Nelson Tempest if you want a cheaper alternative! the DK Penguin is a sick board though!

It would be decent but you may want to have double kicks as the DK penguin. You can have a look at the Honey Chameleon or the DK Penguin itself. From Loaded you can also check the Tan Tien but that has a bit smaller platform so dancing is a bit less comfortable. But if you want to do more dancing then go for the Bhangra - it has nice length for dancing and kicks to do some flip and jump tricks.

I own a Bhangra and unforunatly two double kick penguins , the first one i recieved split it one day , but the second one larry sent me was two less layers and had more bamboo. But anyway I enjoy riding my Bhangra more , that bieng based on personal prefrences.

@ACEK63 i'd say voodoo doll, but thats cause i like a smaller board and am not a fan of drop decks (not that they are bad). You'll feel more in control with the voodoo doll's smaller deck, but if you may like the feel of stability with the switch. You can't go wrong with either really, but i love my voodoo doll. Also the voodoo doll is gonna be better for sliding with out sacrificing it's DH abilities.
