That's my kind of place! I really like all the different options they offer there from the tacos to the fresh churros. It definitely looked quite busy in there! I would for sure have to plan to be there for a little while to get the full experience.

I love how the market is incorporated within the food hall. You can pick up some wonderful Mexican food and prepare them at home. I'm glad that the tacos and torta was worth the 45 minute wait. This is their new food hall concept, not just a typical Northgate “bruh”. How many Northgate’s have El Moro churros? Usually have to go to Mexico City for that.

That green sauce is to mix with soy sauce and eat with sushi. Be sure to mix it thoroughly before dipping your sushi in it.

Very appealing, thanks. I wonder though why you use chopsticks to eat sushi, hehe. You seem to be a big Japanophile who is in touch with their culture and I was told it is kind of a no-no to eat sushi with chopsticks in Japan. I do it too, but I am a Luddite when it comes to Japanese cuisine and culture and I never was to Japan nor even talked to a Japanese person, now that I think of it.

I think even in Japan most people will eat Sushi with chopsticks... perhaps at the high end restaurants they'll pick it up with their hand so it doesn't fall apart..but I wouldn't consider it a complete no no
