Nice amp and demo. A lot of reviews on other amps were mostly funk like someone said earlier. But this is a good demo of some stuff I like to hear on the bass when using a pick. I love all styles of bass playing so I liked hearing this. But I’d like to hear finger playing too. I could be sold on this amp or the Ampeg.

Noob question #1: What is the difference between Headphones and Line out? By looking at them I would say that they're of the same purpose therefore there is no difference, but I guess that's not the situation. Many Thanks!

Hi - Headphone out is likely amplified, and so would be preferable for a headset. Line out is raw audio signal to plug into some sort of powered speakers or stereo system.

How do the blend and gain settings work? I’m under the impression they work together but I don’t know how to use them since I haven’t seen blend on many other amps

the blend sets the ratio of the clean/dirty circuits and the gain sets the gain of only the drive circuit.

Metal Dad one cable is the guitar input cable and the other is the DI out for recording the demo. They took the DI and a mic in front of the amp and mixed them in the recording.
