Man, I'm a die hard ML fan, but that Brainworx distortion sounds excellent in that mix. That's a tough one.

For sure, in different contexts the ML one sounded cleaner but surprisingly the BX sounded pretty good in there

Oracle is brighter and has better clean sound.Brainworks is wormer and distorted sounds to me better in the mix.

Brainworx sits definitely more easily in the mix but I'm not a huge fan of its distortion in general, but in this case it still sound super great

The ML soundlabs wins here, which is great for them. I preferred brainworx diezel over theirs

Yeah wasn't super into their diezel neither, but I think the best one is still the one from the Will Putney tonality suite

ML Sound amps are more mix-ready. Bx sounds raw.

Why are the synths more dull sounding on the brainworks mix? Less treble on the mix?

There are no synths, these are clean guitars with reverb and delay, so that's why it's more dull
