I bought a pair last year for my birthday along with a new phone. I really like using them and once I managed to find the right tips for my ears I was surprised at the bass response. My left ear hole is smaller than my right and you have to have a good seal in order to have good bass. They also sound as if I get a deeper bass from my laptop. I do find that the touchpads are a bit too sensitive at times. Tap once to pause/play, twice to skip forward, thrice to go back a track. When you first put them in don't turn on the phone's Bluetooth yet. Double tap them to switch languages. If you need to reset them don't turn on the phone's Bluetooth. Pull them out of the case, let them pair, press and hold the button until they start to flash red/blue and then repair them with your computer or phone. I've also had them connected to my computer and phone at the same time. The first time that happened I went for a walk and they kept telling "disconnected." Turned them off and then back on to pair with just my phone. How far they reach also depends on your phone. When connected to my Motorola the connection distance is not as far as with my LG. When they're connected to my LG I can cut my front yard grass while the phone is on the front porch. Not with my Motorola. They also don't come marked "Left" or "Right" so you'll have to figure that out. Since I have old tips I've kept from broken earbuds I found a white one that fits my left ear perfectly so that's how I tell left from right.

@@schwifty_ When you long pressed or touch them they power off. When you touch like a sec I think you'll hear a beep or sound. Double tap to switch to korean, do it again for english.
