First of all, the wooden Florida sign in your studio is a W. Secondly, the nickname Daytona's Chill Neighbor is a perfect moniker for the current brand of the city. Ormond is our playground and our sanctuary! As lovers of the Gentle Art, we're blessed to call this place home. From rolling on the mats to catching waves, every day here is a reminder of the awesome lifestyle we're living. Cheers to our community - where natural beauties are our buddies, and the mats are our second home!

You've gotta do the walk under the Grenada bridge. A wide, long path under the bridge. Enter at Bailey Riverbridge gardens and on the other side come out at Cassen Park. From there you can go into the city hall and the excellent library for bathrooms, books, AC. You can see it (far side of river) at 2:07.

That brisket sandwich looked spot on 😋 there’s also one of those WW2 watch towers at Ross Witham Beach in Martin County.

So much to do in that area. Flagler has some great spots too. Giovanni's Pizza in Flagler is ran by an awesome guy, Miguel. The Casements is a strange place. Not many homes down there have basements.

Ormond Loop Drive is awesome! We visit Ormond Beach at least once per year. Love Tomoka SP!

After all the development, not so much anymore. it's not so much a nice, scenic drive as just driving down another traffic filled street. Miss the days - decades ago - of going through whole Loop and seeing one other car, maybe two at most.

You’re good at this! I live in St. Augustine and have often thought of making the short trip for a stay in Ormond Beach. Just didn’t know anything about it. Now I’m super psyched to go!

Chad, thank you so much for this video and all the other ones you do about Deland, Daytona Beach, and New Smyrna. I visited there many times to see my mom until she passed away 2 years ago. I didn't even discover Hull's until the last time I was there. Looks like I missed a lot of other cool places that thanks to your videos I've now been enlightened about! I will try to make it back to Florida from California soon! I hope someday you can do some cool California videos! Let me know if you ever make it to the Bay area.

Is it the same if I live in Daytona beach or Ormond beach? I’m looking to move and rent in November. Down to these 2 picks

While the two towns are adjacent, homes are typically more expensive in Ormond.
