to be fair, the gibbons are much smaller, so the space is much bigger for them I think, and I don't think they are as easily bored. I think Orangs just need to be mentally stimulated as much as possible so they aren't bored. The female Orangs at my zoo never really seem bored, except for one of the males whenever they take his access to the high ropes away. I know Rocky gets bummed because he can't go up, around, and eat grass. Charlie likes space. He has his own yard most of the time with access to grass, but he could do with some more. Some of them like to people watch. Rocky gets excited when he sees tattoos, and Knobi likes magazines.

Yes, Sweetie. I want to hold the baby, too, but momma said, "No. Looky, but no touchy."

There's something about orangutans that just makes me smile. They're so charming and delightful to watch. Also Terry Pratchett loved them, so you know they're cool.

Those Gibbons are so beautiful. With Big Orange Ape, this is really fun to watch.

My two favorite apes on the planet. The Orangutan straight up looking at the baby Gibbon like a Phil Collins song about to play lol. Looking like the wise old uncle Rang in the back.
