mine doesnt fold flat like that one and I've tried many times to turn it the other way. Great product terrible packaging. You cant fold a desk mat and expect it to lay flat after the customer opens it. It's gonna take awhile.

Just bought this. What you and many others don't disclose is that it comes rolled up (and bound). Mine's been sitting out for 24 hours now and it's arched with a 2" space underneath. Also, not to mention the "vegan leather" and the felt underside is distorted. Terrible product for the price $79 - it should be ready to use when it arrives....not have to wait weeks for it to relax and lay flat! @orbitkey
