Great info and I've set the box according to the easy set up with one start time at 4:30 am, however it also comes on at 4:30 pm and I can't seem to make that time go away because it doesn't show up as a scheduled time. Thank you in advance!!

This would be due to the start time of the program, or the main time of the controller being set incorrectly.

My orbit (Brand new) would not not change time from AM to PM when setting the clock. I pushed the reset button with a tooth pick and that corrected the problem. TSK TSK Orbit.

I’ve just finished laying out the hoses and pop ups. I want to test if the hoses are working and if there are leaks. How cdd as n I override the settings and go manual just to test the installation?

Ok my front yard is set to station 1, my back lawn is set to station 2 and 3. I want to run all 3 at the same time so.i set 1,2, and 3 to program A. I set my time and days but when its time only station 1 turns on and the other 2 don't. Am I missing something here?

I bought a 4-station easy dial sprinkler timer. I am using 2 stations, each station has about 10 drips. I would appreciate very much for the producer of this advanced programming video (or any other viewer) to help setting up the timer for the following task. I would like to water Station 1 at 7 AM for 30 min, follow by Station 2 for 25 min. On the same day, I would like to water Station 1 at 8 PM for 20 min, follow by Station 2 for 15 min. I will water every day except Sunday. What should the settings be? Should I set the Interval (Int) to 1? I thank you in advance.

I have 2 stations set with program A to run twice a day (4am & 7pm). Since setting this my water pressure has slowed down considerably in the house. Have i programmed this wrong?

reset your start times to different times, not recommended to run at same times, that is why your water pressure has slowed down.

I'm working with a 4 station timer and a suggestion would be to have a "station" button just like a "program" button. Also I've read the enclosed manual and online manual & have watched several videos on setting the timer & no information been given on how to activate the "reset" button and what it resets, input timer controls & or date, time information. I even called Orbit on there online chat and after 45 minutes on hold I had to move on to other task, Thanks.

OK, thanks for that. Regarding the reset button....I might have missed how it is activated. I think I tried a small pin onto the button, nothing happened so, what is the process to activate the reset button, where is the dial controller pointing when the reset button is activated. Thanks,

OK thanks, hope I never have to use that reset function. I finally got the timer to agree with what I want it to do.....or, I figured out how the timer works & now have it working and am very pleased with the whole package. just think how cool it would be if clients filled out a sheet of paper with their zone, stations, water times, duration etc. and submitted that information, then, Orbit would send out an encoded flash drive that the client would insert into the timer's USB port to have the program transferred to the controller. This feature could be an added cost if the client wanted to pay let's say $25 or whatever for a 3 year subscription good for 2 new "program chips" per year. This feature could be offer or not, only if the client wanted to pay for this special service. Just my $0.02¢ worth of help.

Can 2 stations run at the same time? I tried programming stations to run at same time, but only 1 will work.

Charles, we have built our timers so that multiple stations cannot run simultaneously. The reason for this is because having multiple stations running at the same time usually leads to insufficient water pressure (which would mean that none of your plants/areas get the water they need). If you were to try to schedule both zones to water at, say, 10:00 am on a given day, they would just run one after the other, instead of simultaneously.

What does it mean when I push the button to set the time and it doesn't stop... in fact, as soon as I turn it from off to set time, it begins counting down without me even touching it? I unplugged it to reset it, and it does the same thing. Is there something I don't know that the instructions don't tell me?? Thanks!

I used a small nail & pushed it into the reset hole. It deleted all previous settings which allowed me to correct & reprogram.
