Gay People and People who went out to Gay discos ( like Depeche Mode) had an incredible impact to Pop Culture in the 80s. It‘s their goddamn right to be proud of that! People like a friend of mine (a drummer in a rock band) who called this music „gay music“ and stuck to 70s straight rock bands doesn’t know what they are missing in their lives!

Just saw them at The Greek in L.A. 2 nights ago and they still sound awesome! This was one of their encore songs along with “Electricity”. Everyone at the concert was up on their feet having the best time. Nothing like great music to take you back to a place and time of fond memories. We sure had the best music in the 80’s.

They played in May here in Canada and was so bummed thru my seizure stuff that has happened was unhappy I couldn’t see them on their 40th anniversary. But that will change and watching that I laughed and the next day I got my dad and was like just wait and lets see which song plays and he said wow. Loved it ❤❤

Go back in time of the 80s lots of the bands from this era had become internationally famous because they had something that’s hard to find today- real talent. Many of the bands of the past wrote music that had real depth to it.
