Happened where my mom lived too and the 55 over section of where I live is no more. Unfortunately it isn't affordable housing in most parks anymore as big companies are buying them up. Trust me it happened to my park, now the 55 over part doesn't matter. Trying to survive on SS and afford the new rent pricing, that increases every year, is getting extremely difficult.

Just sad the 55 plus deserve their own space new owners just greedy for the affordable housing money and doesn’t care about the happiness and peaceful living of the 55plus with families noise and many other visitors coming in and out. The work to earn this sanctuary and live to reach this age. Just totally not fair. They need to be stopped.

I live in a 55 and older park and would love to see kids instead of a bunch of old crabby people who never go outside!
