The graphics were fine, if not great, and the spells were really unimportant,since you only really need to know Stupify and Wingardium Leviosa. The only other spells you ever use, Accio and Deposo(?) is just jerking the joystick at whatever you need.

All you do is run long distances back and forth and back and forth in this game. Doing horrible side quests to recruit people into your army like repairing broken plates. Doing awkward motions with your thumbstick to do boring spells like lighting torches throughout the castle just you can get blue balls to talk to Bitch Myrtle. It's so dull and uninspired.

It's possible to disable the mouse and play with just the keyboard. I had a good time with Keyboard B, Mouse Gestures Off. Moving Harry with Arrow Keys, and spell casting with WASD.

The open world style, having to learn the spell 'shapes' felt very immersive, as if you actually had to learn the spell, rather than just switching spells (albeit glitchy), the NPC and environment interactions, such as with the paintings and walls, and all the unlockables in that room
