And Beware: When your warehouse management tells you "We're like a family here!", they are referring to the Manson family.

At my current warehouse-I mean former warehouse, they always said *Oh were like family here*. They outlawed talking and they didn’t care about anyone’s misfortunes during their personal lives.

It’s funny how max is saying how to bend with your knees when the other guy is wrapping pallets by bending with his back he’s gonna break his back
@Andy-im3kj3 жыл бұрын
Also you don't need those back brace belts. Those will make you more prone to injuries because your body doesn't have core strength with proper lifting. BTW Max is just a company shill or more than likely an actor. And Rob's lifting technique is atrocious. Squatting super low on his toe and all of the weight is one them = High probability of injury.
@rashad1myers2 жыл бұрын
ATTENTION: DO NOT WEAR A BACK BRACE; it is unsafe and weakens the abs area. Wearing a back brace defeats the PURPOSE of bending your knees and lifting w your legs.
