I watched alot of your videos so i knew what i was getting into and man did it help. I already knew how to handle the headset before i put it on. We have a 240 case per hour standard and i was pulling 70% before lunch on my first day without a trainer while my fellow trainees pulled 30s and 40s. Preciate you doing what you do.

I’ve watched countless videos of selectors placing a “7 block” item, such s as the apples, in the the center of the pallet.. and I never understood why.. Knowledge unlocked!! Thank you 🙏🏽

I don't understand a lot of things selectors do. They make it so hard on themselves

Good video tim, if I can suggest anything. Newer selectors should study the blocks. Send the time to look at the pallet, count the layer. Numerous times I see guys making their own layer and also be quick at math if you want to do your own block. If you need 45 waffle and they are 20 blocked how do you build it?

Great 2 year old video. I have 1 1/2 month left to meet production. Biggest problems are small cases should be in middle) and interlocking locates with a 5 x 7 mix. Any other channels or suggestions are very much appreciated

For the trout boxes, do you like the settup they have, or would you rather see them together? I'm doing training now (first week yet) and today I built one similar to how the trout cases are shown, and filled in the middle with one that fit well and squared it nicely. Our training warehouse simulation only has like 5 different types of cases and sometimes you grab a big cereal, then random stuff for a few isles, but then the same exact cereal comes up at the worst time from earlier and it sucks because you know u wanted that with the other one. (our trainers said we'd never rehit the same isles) so this wouldn't happen in a real setting, but practicing like that kind of makes it feel more awkward seeing a whole pallet mixed with 5 types of cases mixed from bottom to top)

I started at Sysco not too long ago and honestly that job really isn't that hard, but the damn stacking is getting to me so bad. Stuff keeps falling over and can't get past 50%. Will they fire me after 90 days if I can't hit 100%?

I'm at Albertsons DC just started they want us at 100% I was pulling high 70s first week becasue the trainer kept stopping me and wanted me to stack his way I guess so now I'm going into the second week on my own. Will they fire us for not hitting goal I would say yes and no imo just show progression

I don't know about your warehouse but we have a rule clean as you go and a lot of people where I am don't. It took me forever to clean my assigned aisle. damaged cases and produce everywhere. They all want to race and bet who can get the highest and it ticks me off because they are pulling 150-175% zooming past others and it's not safe

Removing the Pallet from the pick slot when you take the last case is a thing where I worked. How many times do you think them guys you are talking about actually pulled their Pallet? Lol None. But since they were doing %180s The Sups Never said a word to them..
