@@oneday3857 That's exactly what I'm doing. Because I have a van of my own, I'm doing 3 jobs that allow me to be in control of how I make money. I always have the ability to decline the work I don't want to take on. My debt is very low now. I did 5 years doing this kind of work and while it afforded me to live on my own, I dreaded living to be loyal to these piece of sh1t managers/supervisors dictating when I can take a piss and eat. It's damn near the equivalent to prison.

haha you can't use power zone where i work at us foods cause its under a rack and you can't stand up also you can have 85 pound boxes of beef under there. You can't lift like that every time and still pull 100%

safety of the worker was not on the mind of the people who designed some of these warehouses. and they are too lazy to change the structure for that purpose. be prepared to cut open your head on a rack if you try this.

"Do things the proper way. but finish stocking at this time." unsaid is how they don't care how it gets done. Tyler Manning they give you more time on dealing with orders for stickers so if anything the labels if your good at sticking them on fast should boost your production , idk my company gives you 4 cases a minute but with stickers they give you 3 cases to do in a minute

@@jasonrodriguez6862 yeah that sounds like UNFI with the 3 a minute (dry foods ) 4 a minute in a single stop DC like Safeway .., I still had trouble hitting 100 at Safeway .., a lot of aisles to travel and shitty layout compared to UNFI but still comparable tho you could say honestly ..

I like it up till they started making me work "or expected me to work" 17 1/2 hour shifts! and it was like that for a week before I through in the towel.. which sucked because some part of me really liked it. and I was out of my 90 day period and was going to make it picking 90 to 100% but case loads sky rocketed all of a sudden in 2021, and I wasn't going to sleep in the parking lot.. sorry!

Pick tools are for chumps As u pull up to a bay u use your jack as a "step stool" to reach where u normally would need a pick tool. Pick tools are the politically correct way to select. And I'm not about that political correctness lol but I always end the the night with a 105 or better
