There's one problem here Makota isn't seeing; the black hole. In order to buy stuff online, he has to exchange gold coins for Japanese Yen, IE: The coins disappear and his account balance goes up. But this is the problem because the gold doesn't go back into the economy of that world, it disappears entirely. IOW: He is literally eating up the currency of their world, which will eventually cause a shortage in coins, potentially collapsing their global economy. tl;dr = NOT the first Isekai with online shopping, and won't be the last.
